Reiki & Sound
Each Reiki practitioner brings their own unique experiences to a Reiki session. My sessions are a combination of Reiki, tuning forks and at times humming or singing. Sometimes, a channeling comes through and I am moved to communicate during a session. I might ask you to breathe a certain way, focus on a certain area of your body, or hum yourself (humming is a wonderful healing modality for numerous reasons, learn about them here).
